Nicolas Kyriakides, Executive President of the Cyprus Forum, shares insights on “Show me the Money” on “Politis 107.6 & 97.6” for the World Economic Forum, with Yiannis Seitanidis and Giorgos Georgiou.
In his brief interview, he explained that the World Economic Forum in Davos provides Cyprus with a valuable opportunity to promote its national interests and bolster its global standing.
While some critics view the WEF as an event for the global elite, Nicolas Kyriakides emphasises that it offers a platform for influential figures to share insights and discuss key global issues. He also highlights the participation of countries such as Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Ukraine, as well as multinational corporations, pointing out the forum’s role in addressing crises and fostering international cooperation. Additionally, he notes that one of the key topics of discussion this year is Artificial Intelligence (AI), reflecting its growing importance in shaping the future of global collaboration and innovation.
