The main part of the first Cyprus Forum London took place on the 15th May 2024 at the Cyprus High Commission in London. It was organised by Oxygen for Democracy, in collaboration with the High Commission of Cyprus in London.
Expanding the renowned Cyprus Forum series to London represented a new chapter in engaging with diverse perspectives on critical issues. Since its inception, the Cyprus Forum had been instrumental in facilitating discussions among policymakers, academics, civil society representatives, and thought leaders. With the addition of London, these conversations were further amplified, drawing upon the expertise and dynamic energy of this global hub.
The event featured discussions on a wide range of topics including justice, geopolitics, education, and the economy.
The discussions were curated in collaboration with esteemed knowledge partners such as the Hellenic Observatory at the LSE, the Southeast European Studies programme (SEESOX) at Oxford, the British Council, the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law, and the Department of Politics at the University of York.
