The second Cyprus Forum Brussels, organised by Oxygen for Democracy in collaboration with Member of the European Parliament Loucas Fourlas, brought together key policymakers, officials, experts, and stakeholders at the European Parliament for a day of focused dialogue on Cyprus’ priorities ahead of its 2026 Presidency of the Council of the EU. Discussions centred on competitiveness, migration, and digital transformation.
Contributions from senior officials underscored Cyprus’ ambition to play a meaningful role in shaping the European agenda, bringing regional insight and a commitment to evidence-based policymaking.
With panels examining the implementation of the EU Migration & Asylum Pact and the future of Europe’s digital framework, the Forum offered an open and constructive platform for addressing the challenges and opportunities that will define Europe’s stability, competitiveness, and resilience in the years ahead.
